Pet Policies & Assistance Animals

We love pets, and we know many of you do as well. A limited amount of units MAY allow you to have a well-behaved pet with a fee. All properties allow service and assistance animals* with proper documentation and verification without a deposit, however, tenant is responsible for all damages and following the landlord policies and municipal ordinances.

Currently, there is a no-pet policy.

For all animals: Tenant agrees to hold harmless the owner, manager, and agents any costs of liability incurred resulting from injury to a resident or visitor by a pet. Tenant agrees to properly dispose of animal waste in an exterior trash can with a secure lid daily. All dogs and large animals to be kept on a leash when in common areas and exterior property areas, and have the dog secured in a crate/cage/ closed room inside their unit when maintenance & management enters. We require renter’s insurance for all animals. All animals will be subject to the municipal code regarding barking and noise. “City of Middletown Codified Ordinances (Section 618.07), it is illegal to keep a dog that habitually barks, howls, or yelps, creating “unreasonably loud and disturbing noises”. Violations are considered a nuisance, and complaints can be filed through the City of Middletown Code Enforcement.”
